EMS Network International manages the business operations of the Journal of Management Consulting, Inc., publisher of "Consulting to Management" (C2M). This includes circulation, fulfillment, advertising, production and customer service.

The Journal of Management Consulting. Inc. is an independent international not-for-profit educational organization serving the management consulting profession worldwide since 1981. Consulting to Management, (ISSN 1530-0153) is mailed quarterly to subscribers representing a diverse range of disciplines and fields of specialization pertaining to consulting. In addition to management consultants, readers include internal management consultants and academicians in the management sciences.

The mission of C2M is to develop, collect and disseminate the growing body of knowledge within management consulting as both a profession and a business. In so doing, C2M exhibits advances in working tools designed for use by practitioners, helping them enlarge and perfect their skills. In providing these services, C2M has become a world-class forum for discussion of issues of concern to management consultants everywhere.
