Eventually management will have to address transferring the business and management ownership. Exit Strategies is a consulting service that helps the owner identify the issues involved in transferring ownership and management of the business, and lays out a plan for the orderly transition of authority and ownership. The process also addresses the short-term issues that may have crept in because of the lack of succession planning.

We facilitate the development of a plan of how succession is to occur and the results that are to happen. It may be that owner passes the business on to a member of the family or that the business is to be sold. In either event, the financial goals of the owner and the business must be met, and this requires some understanding of the tax implications. Our approach:
