We are an affiliation of independent, senior consultants from around the world established in 1987 to bring the right expertise together in teams to solve client problems. Though we cannot be all things to all clients, there is a wide range of management issues that are addressed by one or more of our affiliates somewhere in North America or overseas.

We believe that successful management consulting is a personal and collaborative process between the consultant team and the client working together to solve a problem or leverage an opportunity. Each participant has an important, active role to play. There is no excess baggage on our teams. Our feature article, “How to Get Value from a Management Consultant,” explores what a client can do to assure value from a consulting assignment.

In 1990, we also formed EMS Consultants to help clients resolve conflict, transitions and management dilemmas. Many of our assignments draw on EMS Network affiliates when specialized expertise is required. With the ease of internet communication and document transmission we can now get instant response, analysis and recommendations from specialist consultants literally on the other side of the globe. Our clients range from the largest to the smallest businesses, consulting firms, and professional associations.
